LP360 Advocate and Business development director

We are looking for an experienced software advocate with a passion for software development and a talent for distilling technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content (online and in-person). Your audience will be surveying, engineering companies and governmental organizations.

We are looking for a passionate learner, someone who strives to continuously improve his understanding of our LP360 Software and how it solves their daily problems.

You will become an LP360 champion by working with the internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the LP360 Drone and Geospatial solutions, necessary to transmit our passion for the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote LP360 and increase brand recognition.
  • Build a network of partners educating and selling LP360.
  • Interact / engage with Customers to develop a community and further understand their need and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with our product’s management and marketing teams to produce high-quality technical, customer facing contents such as technical blogs, webinars, online tutorials, ‘how-to’ videos, product demos.
  • Build features benefit value proposal and elevator speech.
  • Create a network of influencers / social media talking about LP360 – making it impossible to not hear about it when the words GIS & LIDAR are mentioned.
  • Work with marketing to create a technical content calendar and organize events.
  • Develop the use of LP360 in universities and colleges, especially for degrees in GIS, LIDAR, and drones.

Measurement of performance:

  • Sales growth of each LP360 business lines:
    • LP360 Drone licenses
    • LP360 Geospatial licenses
    • LP360 Cloud subscriptions
    • Participation and Engagement of users in webinars and events
  •  

Profile:               

  • Successful sales experience of minimum 10 years in software sales
  • Background in GIS / remote sensing software
  • Ideally experienced in geospatial software sales (ESRI, Carlson, Terrasolid, Topodot, Global Mapper, Trimble Business Center, Applied Imagery, PIX4D…)
