About the Role
We’re looking for a Geospatial Support Specialist to join our LP360 Customer Success team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in GIS, LiDAR, or GNSS who enjoys solving technical problems and helping customers succeed with complex mapping workflows.
You’ll be the first line of support for our LP360 software users—responding to support tickets, diagnosing issues with LiDAR and imagery processing, and guiding customers through best practices in geospatial data handling.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to and resolve support tickets related to LP360 software and geospatial workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues involving LiDAR classification, GNSS trajectory alignment, point cloud visualization, and orthophoto generation.
- Assist customers with data import/export, coordinate system setup, and workflow optimization.
- Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base and training materials.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs or feature requests.
- Provide occasional remote or on-site training for customers.
What You Bring
- Experience with geospatial software such as LP360, ArcGIS, QGIS, Global Mapper, or similar.
- Familiarity with GNSS post-processing, trajectory QC, or surveying principles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Bonus: Experience with drone mapping, photogrammetry, or LiDAR sensors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or certification in GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, Remote Sensing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical support, field technician, or geospatial analyst role.
- Comfortable using ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk) and remote support tools.
