Terms of Service
Delivery. Upon completion of its purchase, the Product will be delivered to Customer through a completed, successful download of the Product.
Refund. Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the Product following a completed, successful download of the Product. In the event that Customer fails to successfully download the Product, Customer shall file a ticket with LP360 helpdesk describing in a reasonable amount of details the download failure. If LP360 helpdesk is unable to assist Customer with a successful download of the Product within 3 business days from the date of submission of the ticket, Customer will be entitled to apply for a refund of the Product. LP360 will execute any refund or cancel Customer payment within 30 days after the date of the refund application.
Return. LP360 DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF CONFORMITY WITH MODEL OR SAMPLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. Customer is solely responsible its decision to purchase the Product and may request a demonstration of the Product prior to purchasing. No return of the Product will be accepted following its purchase.
Cancellation. Customer shall advise promptly the LP360 helpdesk of any bugs it experiences in using the Product. If the LP360 helpdesk fails to fix the bug within its standard response time, Customer shall be entitled to request a refund of the Product for remaining subscription time.
